Our firm can handle all title defects. We routinely handle small title issues, such as preparing missing assignments, verifying vesting and drafting vesting deeds, obtaining payoffs or releases for liens, judgments and mortgages, and tendering title claims to original insuring title companies. We also handle more complex matters. Should litigation be necessary the applicable timeline and process will be presented to clients at that time. Finally, we also handle third-party title monitoring, where we oversee outside title counsel while they are handling your title curative under an accepted title claim.

Through our own expertise, relationships with the underwriters at all national title companies, and third-party vendors, we are able to achieve results quickly. Our intake process includes a free analysis of the title issue to determine what curative strategy to employ.
